At Bright Sparks Speech we care about your child and their therapy. We take the time to allocate a session spot for your child and time to plan an individualised therapy plan, and we know that you value our time as much as we value yours. Late notice (24 hrs prior) and no shows mean we are unable to replace your booking and will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee (or 90% NDIS; in compliance with their regulations). We do understand that things can occur out of your control which is why we send SMS reminders, however if there is any concerns, please contact our team.
Therapy is a very individual process that varies from client to client and depends upon your needs. There are many external factors that also impact the length of therapy time. It is something you can raise with your therapist that they will be happy to discuss with you.
Early intervention is strongly recommended for any speech, language or literacy issue as this enables your child the best start possible.
